Comment | Hey pal, sorry to hear that you're having a tough time. There are folk out there that can help:
If you feel like you are in need of life saving support right now, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
If you need somebody to talk to right now, you can call [Samaritans](https://www.samaritans.org/?nation=scotland) for free on 116 123, or alternatively have a look on their website for other ways to contact them.
There is also [SHOUT](https://giveusashout.org/) who you can text for free on 85258. Both these services can be used 24/7.
You can also give your GP a visit and tell them what's going on, they can help. They can refer you to mental health teams across Glasgow, you can find out more information about them here: https://www.headsup.scot/services-and-support/what-support-is-there-for-you/mental-health-teams-across-glasgow-clyde/
I hope you'll be ok. I've struggled with various mental health problems myself and I can say for sure there's help out there and there's people that care about you. Stay safe. |
