You don't need a referral to Wellbeing services, you can refer yourself.
Although personally I found [https://www.lifelink.org.uk/](https://www.lifelink.org.uk/) to be more helpful, they offered me one-to-one therapy, while Wellbeing services were doing just some group slideshows lectures, not so helfpul.
