I'm sorry your going through this. Its shitty and a lot of people are still quite ignorant and don't know how to help.

You could try to see if your work offer any employee support. Where you can get some sessions with a counsellor.

There is also life link, who offer about 4 sessions. There can be a bit of a wait for this one.

Your GP. They will likely offer meds. They are very helpful, however I've found it very hard to come off meds without reverting to my previous state. I'm still taking them.

There is the Glasgow Therapy centre. I haven't been myself but I've seen it suggested in here.

Do you have a close friend or family member you can speak. Sometimes this can help just for the short term. This is what theyre there for, the good and the bad.

There are some facebook groups for people with anxiety and depression. They support each other and they do meet ups.

If you can afford it and unable to get anywhere, you could maybe try private if possible. It can be expensive regularly. I went once every 2 weeks when I was able.
Not all of the counsellors are good though, They have different methodologies.

The road to feeling better is a mixture of speaking to therapist and working on what's made you get to this. I really wish you the best. I went through several counsellors and was lucky to see some nice ones and get a psychologist privately.bits always something that needs to be worked on I find.
