I don't want to get into an argument about the homeless. However back to the point, there are people I know that have 100+ flats in their portfolio that were bought before the LBTT rates were introduced, is that fair?

How can I compete now with these stamp duty rates for additional properties? Totally unfair to new landlords who want to build a big portfolio.
