| Comment | I am sorry but I haven't nowhere here stated that I made any application for that matter. I don't even have my official EU licence in my hands yet cause it hasn't been released yet. I merely looked at GOV.UK under the Driving Licences section (https://www.gov.uk/driving-nongb-licence) to find out if I can drive in Great Britain with my non-GB driving licence, and it looks like I can. I haven't looked at the specifics nor have I stated that I have. When the right time comes, I will contact the appropriate authorities to determine my next steps required by UK law. I was merely posing a theoretical question about my options to gain some driving experience in the UK while already knowing how to drive. Maybe people knew of ways that wouldn't require me to go down the same (costly) path as someone who has never driven before or whatever. FYI, I have been in my home-country for 5 months now. |
