Can we just as a local population opt out a country? Cause self determination would have almost 50% of Scotland out UK... not to be political on that front. But isn’t that similar.. I mean don’t the Catalonian’s want a similar outcome?
Ah, I see. Maybe the lack of division with the Shetlands was due to the people being very unsure of what they wanted? I mean the did vote LDem at last election - that’s openly admitting you don’t know what to do with any part of life.
