Busiest time I went was at 7pm on a weeknight, place was busy but I was there for the Yoga class. Turn up and join in.
In one visit I arranged an induction for another day. One of the trainers spent 50 mins going through the machines and equipment based upon what I wanted to focus on at the gym.
PS you can only visit once a day with the regular membership. |
