I know what you mean but if I do this then I have to replace the padlock because I don't know what else is in there. And if I replace it and they don't have a key it's like me locking them out of their property and that is not legal. It's rich people that clearly have money to throw away with keeping these big flats empty. I am sure they can easily squash me if they wanted to just because I annoyed them. |
