| Comment | 420M swim and 7 lock gate climbs in water at 8 degrees C (a fair bit warmer than last year!) . One of the competitors told me that climbing the rope ladder was like being waterboarded by the Arctic Ocean. 4 of the climbs were big as above, plus there were 3 other 1m climbs up a rope onto the lock gates.
