Has anyone done the "member journey" stuff with Glasgow Life? I'm considering adding in some strength stuff to my week but don't know where to start and worried I'll do more harm than good. I've tried to find some plans online but invariably they involve Kettlebells or other stuff which will break my already fucked back. This looks like an option but don't know if it's up to much.
