If you're struggling with the task, one option would be to hire a house clearance company. It'd be worth finding a reputable one that won't just dump the stuff in the nearest lay-by.
But as others have said, there's no point in paying unless you want to try and find anything of value as you go through it. Otherwise, the HA will get it cleared themselves.
