| Comment | Sure, there's a lot of dirty bastards here who litter, beyond any reasonable level, and I'd never defend them. But the Council are not dealing with it properly at all. They don't even remove rubbish placed in bins they provide in many cases. They actually make it harder for people to dispose of waste properly by, among other things, removing bins, not emptying them, etc. As much as I hate people who litter, I'm not going to blame them entirely for the state this place is in. I've lived in other places, and paid much less in tax, that dealt with these issues efficiently. Mismanagement by GCC is the main reason this place is a midden. |
