In addition to the Clyde Road Tunnel and Subway tunnels, there is a disused (and possibly flooded) Glasgow Harbour Tunnel: https://canmore.org.uk/site/278017/glasgow-lower-harbour-harbour-tunnel. And I think that one of the BT cable tunnels crosses under the Clyde near the Kingston bridge (that bit could be mince).
