Too add to this.. social care & social service are on their knees.

The thresholds for ASP & CP are so high in the city compared to any surrounding authority. The majority of those working in those areas will openly tell you this.

This means that those in need aren’t getting help until things hit such a high level of crisis - which also means that the intervention at this stage are more expensive, positive outcomes are more difficult to achieve, & morale/confidence in the sector is continuing to be eroded. Not to mention the obvious cost to children and vulnerable adults who are suffering longer and to higher degrees due to this.

But it’s just the 90 odd million for the roads that’s needed.
