| Comment | My girlfriend recently went through the process which took, I believe, a GP referral to a psychiatrist after submitting certain forms with I must say deeply personal information. It can be difficult if you come from a traumatic background but the medication can work wonders - although experience with adult ADHD mental health services in Glasgow are honestly barebones. You won't get therapy or anything without waiting many months, they seem to dish out the tablets and tell you to meditate.
I understand the children's services are better but I couldn't comment personally, I sure hope so. |
