| Comment | In my mid 20s I had a bit of a breakdown, Doctor got me a councillor that I met with every week for about 12 weeks, took probably 6ish weeks from me seeing him till my first appt. this was about 12 years ago.
My Mrs suffered really bad PND and she was able to get help extremely quickly from the maternity hospital psychologist who was a massive help.
Everyone I know that's been seeking help in the past 3-5 years has been told nothing but 'waiting lists, waiting lists, waiting lists' |
