| Comment | My wife’s a therapist. NHS is difficult due to the waiting list. Private sessions can be expensive but there are people out there that can help you through.
The money barrier is the big one though, it’s a major investment and some people simply don’t have the funds to commit to £40-50 for CBT or similar therapies.
From what I’ve understood of the area, there are a great many talented and committed people working in the space though. |
