I dont have a masters, just a BA, but I started on 25k on a graduate scheme with other people who did have a masters starting at the same salary. My masters friend and I are still at the same company 8 years later. I'm on 29,600 and he's on 30,000 . There's not a lot of room for growth but its an easy job for the money and has tons of benefits. We're just outside of Glasgow
