| Comment | From speaking to other people, adult mental health charities are shite. You’re not alone mate. From past experience youth charities seem to have much better resources and funding.
I do know through someone who struggles with depression that Gal Gael is a brilliant resource if you need to get out the house and meet new people. Men’s shed is also a great shout.
