Tell me about it! Not bad actually given the pandemic! my company were really good to the staff over covid and understanding of life issues the past few years. I got a payrise when I decided to do my part 3 and a cost of living payrise again this year (didn't get one last year cos pandemic issues but they were open and transparent about why so was understandable) I'm only on 25k now so not a huge amount more but the part 3 training I've gotten has been great (all part 3 costs covered which accounted about 2k and 10 days additional paid study leave) with loads of help from other staff and open to letting me request different types of experience I was looking for. Hopefully will be due another payrise once I hear back about my results and (fingers crossed) qualify!
