| Comment | I recently was drawn into a conversation about this with a bunch of planners, councillors and others. The general consensus after a lot of discussion was that the wildlife needs the dark, so no park lighting is planned (there was chat of maybe one park being designated). One person also made the point, somewhat controversially, that some people also need to do whatever they're doing in the dark, in the park too... I am minded to agree |
