| Comment | Thanks everyone for the advice, a very techy friend got us a setup that allows us pickup 4G from outside and bring it into the house which seems to be working 🙂
Meanwhile we got hold of a Virgin engineer that was working on the street and he said the issue can be resolved in a few days and our install date brought much further forward and he took our details to escalate everything and said customer service are useless in these scenarios because they have no idea of what’s going on |
