I pay it because it’s my house.If you rent I believe the landlords have to cover it. To be honest it is very high considering the cleaning is substandard and me and my neighbour end up cleaning the landing ourselves and we can’t get the cleaning changed unless everyone in the development agrees which is never going to happen
