| Comment | For us it didn't have to be unanimous - I wasn't really involved in the decision, it all got quite heated so I decided to stay out of it, but our title deeds had a requirement for a certain percentage of agreement. For us there was a letter of proposal from the resident's committee, a consultation period, a vote, and then notice was given to the old factors, contract started with the new, and the new ones handled everything from there with the transition. |
