| Comment | We had a neighbor who suffered from a disability he didn't have any friends his sister would visit him 1 every week to give him his DLA. So he was left to fend for himself basically.
He used to have half the young team,junkies at his flat drinking and smoking etc using his money to buy it all. He was an alcoholic who suffered on a daily basis. We tried to help him but it got unbearable teens would just hang outside his door. We called the police and Social Services as we assumed his was vulnerable.
We shared a veranda so we would hear the music, shouting & fighting occasionally the police would come round to ask if we saw the fight, apparently a teen was attacked with glass bottle in the flat. Anyway social work did nothing because he said he didn't want the help & his sister claimed to be his career.
A few years later he died... Where was the junkies, young team when he died no where to be seen they just find another flat rinse repeat. |
