I think you’re getting shafted on the lighting. A 6W LED bulb (60W equivalent) on for 12 hours a day costs about 2p/day. So 60p a month per bulb. 4 bulbs = £2.40. They’re probably brighter than that but still. Maybe covers the replacement cost but a 60,000 hour bulb would last 13 years
