| Comment | Just super unprofessional. There's two receptionists, and one of them is incredibly rude. They gave me an appointment time and then when I showed up they told me I had no appointment, so had to wait another two weeks....this happened twice.
I also showed up one morning, and I was ushered into what seemed like a large cupboard as they were having a 'team meeting' in the waiting area. This team meeting consisted of them all talking about their planned holidays for 10 minutes straight while I just waited awkwardly on an uncomfortable wooden chair. No one apologised! |
