It’s a favourites game, little to no appreciation for your work, it’s outdated business systems that don’t reflect where the industry (both travel, marketing and sales) are now. A lot of the higher ups haven’t worked anywhere but there or are friends of staff so don’t have the experience or knowledge they do have and there’s always someone greeting in the toilets.
