Had great experience with Sustrans in Wales, though I'm pretty sure the company culture and all that is pretty much the same here in Scotland.

Fantastic manager/s, they genuinely do care about the employees and things they do overall, great people, very supportive environment. Salary is OK, chances for promotion as well if you stay long enough.
