I am a teacher now but worked my fair share of jobs as a student and graduate.

Best
Morrisons - Worked in three different stores in the Glasgow area and always found them a decent company, particularly as a student. They were flexible with hours, paid fairly and just treated staff well generally.

Royal Mail - I was in the mail centre. Easy work with decent pay. Most chilled warehouse type work I've done.

Worst
G4S - Zero hour contracts. Hardly any notice when they did have a shift available. Minimal training and direction while working.

Capita - Worked in their call centres. The job was inbound sales but was not advertised as such. My supervisors were decent guys, but the higher up managers were just intolerable people who saw workers as a means to improve their bonuses and nothing more.
