My dog has to be on a leash as she would run away if she was to see any kind of prey (husky).
When an off leash dog comes up and starts running circles round her while she is stuck on a leash she eventually becomes really agitated.
I am really appreciative of the owners who quickly run after their dogs. If your dog doesn’t return to you when called 100% if the time then it shouldn’t be off the leash in any public place. |
