yup. my dog is an old grouchy little thing and she only really likes other humans. she'll sometimes tolerate other dogs, but they usually just exist in the same place. she has no want or need to play with other dogs at her grumpy state. She's a rescue and she's been through a lot, so o want to make sure she's always comfortable, but it's impossible to do that when others are so irresponsible
