Phoning up the helpline for advice only to be reprimanded the next for doing something wrong. Literally sitting in the office by myself waiting for five o'clock to roll around since everyone had used flexitime but I couldn't because I was on probation. Managers coming over and asking what you're doing because the work monitoring application's arbitrary time limit has elapsed.
Final straw was my first and only performance evaluation. Was told I had a perfect record, had made no mistakes and was an excellent employee, only to be told that I hadn't met my target and so was being penalised. |
