Do you have a budget in mind for rent at all? The rental market in Glasgow is somewhat crazy at the moment, but avoiding the north and some parts of the East end of Glasgow are probably you're safest bet if you're somewhat nervous. The art scene is vibrant here, lots of different installations popping up all over the city with the hub of the Glasgow School of Art.
