Depends what you fancy I suppose but I like the westend. Roastid Bubbly Jocks is small and bustling, Ubiquitous Chip is proper westend wanky in a good way, and if you go early before the hipsters get there, Hillhead Bookclub is cheap as chips. It's also just off the underground so you can get there easy from the city centre.
