| Comment | I could probably very quickly name 50 areas in Glasgow and the surrounding areas that are worse than Rutherglen, Cambuslang or Clydebank. Sounds like you are a copper/ex copper and probably only had to deal with the worst shit in Rutherglen and Cambuslang. As for big houses, my point is that if you live in one of the posh houses on Brownside Road or Rodger Drive for example, your life is not gonna be remotely affected by the residents of Whitlawburn or Greenhill Court.
No matter where you are in Glasgow, you are only 5 minutes from a perceived shithole. Even the residents of Newton Mearns's kids have to go to school with the weans from Arden. |
