Yeah my wording was a bit harsh. Just some conversations I’ve had with my parent friends - they seem very dismissive. It’s easy to get annoyed by that when you’re not in the same boat.
My kid is in his 20s now but I can’t imagine how difficult the last couple of years have been for parents of young kids. It’s like herding cats at the best of times. I think back to how often my son would just wander off and touch things (and other people) when we were out and about. |
