| Comment | The route doesn't go to Maryhill unless you propose knocking down the flats that are built on the old line past the botanics. The extant tunnels and line could get you from exhibition centre to the botanics by carving up the river kelvin walkway. This would be vastly expensive vanity project, wasting money to serve the west end with infrastructure it doesn't need , no doubt at the expense of some other poorer part of the city. |
