I think a massive thing to note here is money. Glasgow city centre is in a state but I was west end way at weekend and noticed lots of new business with few empty units. I live southside which is similar story. Simple case in that more affluent areas folks are going to be spending more and Edinburgh even without tourists is generally considered an area with more wealth. |
