| Comment | 2nd that - you’ll get much further with them being nice to the person on the call - I have direct experience of this where my landlord shouts and screams down the phone at them (gets fucking nowhere) I call and get issue resolved in minutes.
Try to be factual, “what do you think has happened?” Could it be this?” I think this might have happened?” Who should I call to resolve that?”
Honestly, the person you speak to is there to help and they have not played any part in creating this problem.
