| Comment | Ten years ago, 15% of my students were international. Now...50-60%. I and my colleagues did wonder why they kept coming here. They don't really get much out of higher education in Scotland, live in nasty boxes and seem miserable all the time. Then we worked it out... Even if we fail them, they still pass. Cash for degree certificates. (At the expense of Scottish student places) |
