Aye cos being a dick to some poor call centre handler who's probably on minimum wage and has zero control over the pricing will help.
How about you phone up and calmly ask if they can explain the breakdown because it definitely seems excessive?
Or email local MP and ask if its correct and ask them to do a home visit to explain it properly.
I live in Glasgow (east end) and local MPs are always more than willing to go out their way to help folks. Even if its as simple as them contacting the relevant area in the council and getting the breakdown for you. |
