This [place here](https://goo.gl/maps/ei1iLs9ZTuJJAgpw6) was going for £250 a day a couple of years back. Place I work for was considering using it for just a couple of days for an event and the owners were keen, we didn’t go for it in the end though. Think it might have been direct with the GCC though.
