| Comment | I often wonder if there is some sort of tax rebate thing going on in the background for these empty units.
If I were a landlord and would rather rent out my unit for below market price and at least get some sort of income from it, than it laying empty and getting nothing at all.
The unit that I think of most is the old Tower Records unit at the 4 corners, was empty for yrs until another record shop opened up, lasted about 6 months, then laid empty for yrs again, until another record shop opened up, lasted about 6 months as well, and then empty since then. |
