For the private let I have now I just needed to give proof of income and previous rent payment history (ie. redacted bank statement), for the estate agent I rented through a rectal exam would've been less invasive.
Tenants only need to give 28 days notice to end their tenancy here, fixed term lets aren't a thing anymore. |
