| Comment | It's all likely a lie built up by Alan McGee over time to be honest, years back I was talking to Douglas and Finlay from BMX Bandits who Oasis were supporting at that show, and they told me that Oasis showed up in a Mercedes tour bus. Not something you'd expect of an unsigned working class band.
I think McGee had already found them and just wanted a story to tell to build hype, to be honest, it's the kinda thing he'd do. |
