| Comment | As a driver, I can confirm, the control staff cannot track the car's location in real time. Network used to be able to, but now that it's all merged, GlasGo controllers can only tell what zone a driver is in by looking at a list on the screen (eg. Dennistoun = 4 cars, Easterhouse = 6 cars, etc), but can't actually see an exact location for each specific car.
The new system is beyond bad, for both drivers and passengers. |
