Students don’t pay council tax, but someone living with a student has to pay 75% of the normal rate. So you can see some folk would rather find someone to split it 50/50.
The reality is flat hunting is a pain and they all disappear really fast. Strathclyde is in the city centre though which means you can reach it easily on public transport so your flat could he anywhere. Good luck. |
