I like the bread at Kurdish and was a big fan of the shawarma plates back when I was eating meat. Allows you to control your ratios and mix the meal up a bit.

I'm pretty sure bicarb adds crunch to the chickpeas, I make them myself with loads of coriander and parsley but none of the takeaways seem to have the high ratio of greenery I like.

I remember Mrs Falafel as expensive for a wrap, but then that's the west end for you. Falafel to go is cheap and cheerful, and i like them toasted but it can make the salad soggy and they're obviously limited with the space they've got available.

Yet to try Beirut Star but I'll give it a shot, cheers.
