Thanks everybody! I got a knockback on my parking pass for Belmont today, because I couldn’t send them bills, or council tax, or rental agreement along with the V5. Not a surprise as I haven’t moved in yet! After a bit of discussion they accepted the missives for my new place as proof. Hopefully I won’t be bothering folks in the Wilton zone for long.
